in a study conducted by international HR Consulting firm Mercer in
association with Business Today magazine.
To create the rankings, Mercer worked with international market research
firm TNS and surveyed companies across 14 different industry groups.
For the study, all the companies were evaluated in four key areas.
These include employee perception, HR processes and policies, HR metrics
and stakeholder perception.
