Working with a Recruitment Consultant
- Your Recruitment Consultant can be your friend and guide .He has an enormous
range of contacts at senior levels both in India and abroad.
- Keep your consultant promptly informed of the progress of your candidature
and your communications with the company, interviews and any other key events.
- You must show up for the interview at the agreed time or give prior sufficient notice.Otherwise you are depriving the consultant of a revenue
possibility and another candidate of a career opportunity.
- During the interview try to obtain the visiting cards of the people interviewing you or atleast their names.This helps later follow up.
- We assume you are joining the company for a career opportunity. If for any
reason, things are not working out after you join please speak to the consultant and seek his advice.
